About

Natalia Molina has been the presiding judge of Criminal, Misdemeanour and Petty Offences Court No. 8 of the City of Buenos Aires since 2005, with broad criminal jurisdiction that includes computer-related offences. She specialises in complex crime —organised crime, cybercrime and digital evidence— with a gender perspective, and works where criminal justice, technology and communication meet.

She is an expert consultant for the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC), a university lecturer and a member of the International Association of Women Judges, and served as second vice-president of the Argentine Women Judges' Association. At Universidad Austral's Digital Evidence Observatory she directed a documentary training series on cyber fraud, online abuse of children and adolescents and digital gender violence, and she now runs Jurisdicción Desconocida, a legal outreach project. She is studying for the postgraduate programme in Space Law at the University of Buenos Aires.
